Privacy Policy
Joonghun Pharmaceutical (the “Company”) processes personal information on the Lorient Preface website as described below. This site has no membership. The Company processes the information a visitor submits through a form, and the access records that are created automatically when the site is visited.

2. Patient information
The adverse event and product complaint form instructs reporters not to enter information that can identify a patient, such as a patient’s name, resident registration number, contact details, address, facial photographs or original medical records. A report may contain health-related information; the Company uses it only for safety and quality investigation and for fulfilling legal reporting obligations.
3. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties. Where medical device regulations require adverse events to be reported to a regulatory authority, information may be submitted to the extent required by law.
4. Outsourcing and storage location
The website and the information received are stored on servers in the Seoul region of Amazon Web Services. Replies to inquiries are sent from the Company’s business email.
5. Destruction
Personal information is deleted without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose has been fulfilled. Electronic records are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent. Requests sent to the contact in section 8 are handled without delay. Records that must be kept by law may be retained for that period even after a deletion request.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use an analytics tool. If one is introduced, it will run only for visitors who have allowed analytics cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
8. Security measures and contact for privacy matters
Data sent between your browser and the website, including form submissions, is encrypted in transit with HTTPS (TLS). Information received can be viewed only by authorized staff in the administration screen, and administrator passwords are stored in a non-reversible (hashed) form. The Company does not collect personal information of children under 14.

10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page together with its effective date.
Change history: On September 23, 2026, the retention period for access records was extended from about 14 days to 1 year from collection. This applies to access records collected on or after September 23, 2026.
Effective date: September 23, 2026. The Korean version prevails if there is any difference.
